Run it

npm run cert    # once: self-signed localhost cert via openssl (or use mkcert)
npm start       # http://localhost:8088  (HTTP/1.1)   https://localhost:8443  (HTTP/2 over TLS 1.3)

Open both URLs and run the Network station's request burst in each.
